Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wildcat Mini BMX. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
NB. Due to COVID-19, our fulfilment centre has been classified an essential service, and as such we are able to still ship as per normal. At times there may be a slight delay of 1 or 2 days due to social distancing measures, but in general we are still shipping next day as per normal.
Our fulfilment centre is located in North Carolina, and all BMX bikes and some parts will be sent from North Carolina, except for a small number of spare parts that are delivered directly from the factory. For details on these parts, please see below.
We will use ground shipping with either UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL to send out all BMX Bikes depending on which is the most efficient time and cost to send it.
Given the size of the packaging, costs to freight next day or next 2 days are cost prohibitive to send bikes.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The average weight of a Wildcat Mini BMX is 25lb.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Wildcat Mini BMX USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Wildcat Mini BMX USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. except to Canada, however we may consider this on a case by case basis. Please email wildcat@wildcatmini.com for a quote

The following parts will be shipped direct from the factory. Please allow 14-21 days for delivery (times may be quicker).
