You offered me one colour out of all your colour wheels, still blaming Covid, can’t talk to anyone in person, no names from there end allowed in comms.
Hi John, I’m sorry that we don’t have the colour that you are after. We’ve offered to send alternatives from the factory (albeit still not in the colour you’d want) but unfortunately we can’t absorb the shipping cost. Our factory has still been impacted by COVID19 as it’s still having significant impact in some parts of the world.
This company will not fill the warranty and fob you off when you have a problem with there product
Hi Daniel, we have asked you a number of times to please send us a video as in the tens of thousands of bikes we have sold we've never seen a bent frame. You haven't responded to the last few messages we have sent you and are unable to assist until you are able to follow through with the video of the issue.
